One Year MP3 Audio Bible - Quick Start Guide

1. There is an OFF/ON switch on the end of the unit (next to the earphone jack). 

Turn it ON.  The LCD screen will light up and the word – Starting…  will appear.  After awhile the words, Press Key ON will appear – Don’t press anything - Wait until the unit powers completely off. 

2. When the LCD screen goes dark – Press and hold the small circular button, located inside the outer ring, until the unit powers on. Release the button when you see activity on the screen.

3. The words WELCOME USE will briefly appear – Then a series of icons will appear: 

The MSC icon is automatically selected as indicated by the little drop shadow (MSC stands for “Music”).

Press and release the M button located at the top of the Outer Ring (the M stands for MODE – but I call it the MENU button or the MAGIC button).

4. You are now at The Main Screen.  The LCD shows the first date
of The One Year Audio Bible:

001-JAN-01 OneYearAudioBible NEW LIVING TRANSLATION.
To start listening Press and release (don’t hold) the circle button. 

To stop - Press the button again.  To turn the unit off – Press and Hold the circle button.  To turn the unit back on – Press and hold the circle button. To Play just press and release (don’t hold) the circle button. You get the idea.

5. If you’re at 001-JAN-01 – you can advance the date forward by clicking the little arrows on the right (3 o’clock position on the Outer Ring).  You can go backward by pressing the little arrows on the left side of the Outer Ring (9 o’clock position on the Outer Ring).  This is the easiest but slowest way of advancing the dates.

There is a faster way: Quickly Press and release the M button.  The words

Local Folder appear with 4 little icons at the top. Press M again. Now you see

Press M again – The Top part goes black.  The bottom shows the date.

Press the little arrows on the right (3 o’clock) – The date appears at the top (in the black part) Now you can Press and Hold the arrows on the right as the dates begin to rapidly advance (You cannot go backward from 001-JAN01). You can also just click on the little arrows to advance or retreat one date at a time.

When you are holding down on the little arrows you will notice that when you let go the

dates continue to roll for awhile before stopping.  If you go past your desired date just wait

until ithe date stops. Adjust to the desired date by clicking on the little arrows one date at a time. Now you know how to rapidly go backward and forward.

When you arrive at your desired date – Press M one more time – This will put you back at The Main Screen on the date you selected.  Press and release the Circle button to play.

6. To adjust the volume in your earphones Press VOL at the bottom of the Outer Rring.  The volume graph appears in the LCD screen.  Use the arrows to adjust volume. Left arrows for lower – right arrows for higher volume. After you adjust the volume to your liking – just wait – the volume graph will go out automatically and return you the main screen.
